GSQUARED took over the project for a contemporary dwelling in Higgovale from SAOTA in order to oversee the completion and interior design. Initial designs were further developed and overseen on site to ensure a successful outcome of the highest standard.

The interior was modelled on the theme of simplicity. Statement features compliment the minamilistic style of the architecture, blending subtly to move one’s focus onto the landscape and incredible views that surround the property.
